Each year NYCMER welcomes proposals from a variety of museum educators, practitioners, researchers, administrators, and other related professionals at all stages of their careers.

We strongly encourage session formats that allow for maximum interaction and participation, and represent a range of institutions or disciplines.

Typically, proposals are due by the end of January for the conference that takes place in mid-May.
