Description:  We will dive more deeply into discussing current issues related to evaluation and revenue in the age of COVID. Since many museum programs have pivoted to online platforms, how has your institution measured impact? What approaches has your museum used to generate revenue in virtual spaces? For many museums, some programs have already returned to in person learning. If your museum is using a hybrid model, how has this impacted program evaluation? What steps can we take as educators to improve our current methods of evaluation?
