Our next NYCMember Tour is taking place on Thursday, May 29, from 4:30-6:00 PM at the Jackie Robinson Museum!

The Jackie Robinson Museum celebrates the enduring legacy of one of the most important Americans of the 20th century, chronicling his trailblazing achievements against the backdrop of United States history. Invoking Robinson’s role as a champion for racial, social, and economic equality, the Museum’s programming places an emphasis on dialogue around critical issues that continue to challenge our society.

Join us for a special tour from the Jackie Robinson Museum education team featuring key artifacts and interactive media showcasing the Museum’s approach to sharing Robinson’s multifaceted life and legacy as an athlete, activist, citizen, and beyond. In addition, NYCMER guests will get a behind-the-scenes look at the Museum’s Portrait Gallery and classroom and get an insider perspective on JRM’s field trip materials, interactive technologies, and plans for future programs.

Register by Sunday, May 25 at 11:59 PM. Click the link below to register. Please note that this event is only open to current NYCMER members.
