Join Tiffany Ortiz, Director of Early Childhood Programs and Andrea Palma, Manager of Early Childhood Programs, from Carnegie Hall for a conversation with the NYCMER Early Childhood Peer Group about creating meaningful musical experiences for young children and their caregivers. They will share insights from Carnegie Hall’s family offerings including the Lullaby Project, Big Note Little Note, Family Days, and immersive early childhood concerts for babies and toddlers. The discussion will explore their approach to supporting parent-child connection, caregiver empowerment, and early childhood development through music, as well as strategies for staff preparation and community partnership.
