Administrative work is essential for any museum to function effectively. It can also be overstimulating and exhausting to any museum worker. This is particularly true when considering neurodiversity. Come for a discussion about admin work and neurodiversity with museum educators Roberto Chavez (National History Museum) and Ally Salvatore (Intrepid Museum). We will engage in a discussion about their experiences, tips, and related topics. In the end, any attendant will hopefully learn something to bring to their daily work lives.

This free event will be held virtually on Zoom at 6:45pm on Wednesday, November 3rd:

The term neurodivergent has been around for many years. In recent years, it’s come to the forefront, with more people understanding and identifying as neurodivergent. Come to a peer group with fellow educators/museum workers who identify as neurodivergent. A safe space to discuss how we are each feeling professionally, train together, and share readings, tours and even games.
