Neurodivergent Educator Peer Group: Game Night #2 (Virtual)

Earlier this year, the Neurodivergent Educator Peer Group held their first game night. Let’s do it again! This game night will be on Zoom from 6:00 to 7:00 PM. Please note that this event was originally supposed to be held in person, but is now virtual. While there is a change in a venture, it’s still important to celebrate neurodiverse games. Neurodiverse games can bring structure and a safe environment in a fast-paced world. Come for a discussion and to play some fun museum-related games. Make sure to grab a snack!

This peer group event is only open to current NYCMER members. RSVP is no longer necessary as this event has moved to a virtual platform.

The term neurodivergent has been around for many years. In recent years, it’s come to the forefront, with more people understanding and identifying as neurodivergent. Come to a peer group with fellow educators/museum workers who identify as neurodivergent. A safe space to discuss how we are each feeling professionally, train together, and share readings, tours and even games.
