Description: Consider all of your social identities during the pandemic. Which one identity have you given the most attention to and nurtured? Which identity have you neglected the most? Which identity has been more oppressed during this time? Through the work of Patricia Lannes and Nirvana Santos, we will explore the fluidity of our identities and understand intersectional pedagogy in order to leave with actionable items. This complex work on intersectionality empowers us to flip our deficits into assets as we actively work toward personal and community agency.
