Join our kickoff meeting as we explore the topic “Change is Hard: Adapting to Change Among Your Volunteer Corps.” We’ll discuss best practices when introducing and implementing changes among your volunteers, how to avoid conflict while doing it, and ways to promote stability during management changes.
